The 2012 Good News Group Projects

1211 and 1221 Clarita are formerly foreclosed homes in Ypsilanti. These single story houses have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and basements. 1211 also has a 1 car garage.

These two homes are being sponsored by the Good News Group, a coalition of congregations that has been building and renovating homes for the past 16 years! When we switched from new builds, we challenged them to renovate two homes for each summer, and they’ve been working on 2 homes every summer since!
