Prior to Habitat: She has been a Director of non-profits since 1996 and has directed housing-related agencies for the last 12 years.
Role at Habitat: Establishes and communicates the overall goals of the organization. Oversee's all operations of the affiliate, and recruits and retains talented staff.

Sarah Teare, Policy Director
Joined Habitat: 2006
Prior to Habitat: Managed the Trading and Operations Department at an independent brokerage firm in Ann Arbor.
Role at Habitat: Securing funding and overseeing contract compliance for grants from public sources and from programs adminstered through Habitat for Humanity of Michigan and Habitat for Humanity International.

Role at Habitat: Responsible for identification, negotiation and purchase of houses to be renovated.

Crystal Stevens, Director of Family Services
Joined Habitat: 2006
Prior to Habitat: Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable at a building supply company. Volunteered for a variety of non-profits in various roles.
Role at Habitat: Assists in identifying qualified partner families to participate in the Habitat program, and assists them through the process.

Floyd Robinson, Family Support Coordinator
Joined Habitat: 2004
Prior to Habitat: The Program Manager for a school based mental health project in Detroit Public Schools, also taught social work courses at both Wayne State and University of Michigan.
Role at Habitat: Provides services and program s to assist Habitat homeowners. Works closely with the Habitat Homeowners Association and Coordinator of the Food Buyers Club.

Theresa Finney Dumais, Development Director

Prior to Habitat: She has worked in the non-profit field since graduating in 2004.
Role at Habitat: Manages all aspects of our Development Department, which includes private fundraising, marketing and public relations and volunteer coordinating.

Prior to Habitat: Worked with childeren and education, Involved in
numerous non-profits in various volunteer roles.
Role at Habitat: Responsible for various duties in the Development Department, including Marketing and Public Relations, individual and group fundraising, volunteer opportunities, event planning and database management.

Lynne Punnett, Construction Project Manager
Joined Habitat: 2007
Prior to Habitat: Worked in the newspaper publishing industry, Blood Services Coordinator for the American Red Cross and a volunteer at Habitat since 1997.
Role at Habitat: After having the homes tested for lead, audited for energy efficiency, permits are then pulled, trades are scheduled, and then she steps in to manage the project to completion.

Role at Habitat: Responsible for the organization and management of the office, and assists each staff member and department in various projects and duties.

Prior to Habitat: Worked in both the Restaurant and Construction Industries.
Role at Habitat: Assists the ReStore Manager. Responsible for overall management on floor, including receiving, testing and maintenance of appliances, customer support, coordination of donation drop-offs and pick-ups and supervision of ReStore Associates.
