Golf Classic

On Friday, September 12, 2025, Habitat for Humanity of Huron Valley hosted the 6th Annual Habitat FORE Humanity Golf Classic - and it was a rounding success!

It was a perfect day on the course filled with fun, camaraderie, and purpose. Golfers, sponsors, and community members came together not only to enjoy a great game but also to raise critical funds in support of Habitat’s mission: Building Homes. Securing Futures. Strengthening Communities.

Participants connected with others passionate about creating affordable housing solutions in Washtenaw County, took part in exciting raffles and a silent auction, and enjoyed a fantastic presentation by Zingerman’s Co-Founder Paul Saginaw, who spoke about his personal connection to Habitat for Humanity, and how responsible businesses can contribute to the social, cultural, and educational vibrancy of their community. 

Thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, this year’s Golf Classic surpassed our fundraising goal, helping ensure more families in our community can access safe, affordable housing - whether through the opportunity of homeownership or critical repairs that allow them to remain in their homes with dignity and security.

Together, we are driving change, one swing at a time. We are deeply grateful to all of our golfers, sponsors, and partners for making this event such a success - and we look forward to seeing you on the course next year!
